      On Friday April 28th 2023, Sage Title Group located in Blacksburg VA mailed a check in my name (*****************************) to my old address which is *******************************Pulaski, VA *********. The check was for my father ******************************* house he owned at ************************Pulaski, VA ******** that we sold. I'm very upset that they sent the check to my old address because I do not have a way to get the check and I also have tried calling Sage several times while leaving voicemails with no answer or call back. I would like to know if they are going to resend the check or what I need to do. Thank you.

      Sage tile handled a closing for *** LLC and ********** and *************** **. **************** when doing some Refi involving several properties the title search company found issues with the closing that Sage title completed on those properties. Sage title was notified of these errors immediately when discovered. It been 6 weeks or longer waiting on Sage to corrrct the errors. Now lawyers office gets a call from sage saying corrections arent required. That just correct titling company will not policy until this matter is cleared up. Of course the kicker is the changing interest rate since this problem was found who coving the additional cost to *** LLC regarding this matter. The law office of *************** in RADFORD Virginia is handing the new closing for *** LLC they been at a stand still since no effects on Sage part has been taken to resolve this matter. Everything regarding this closing was done in Sage office in Blacksburg Virginia not Roanoke Vs office *** L.L.C. officers didn’t travel to sages office in Roanoke at anytime. Respectfully , *** LLC. ***************************** March 17, 2023
