    For the second time this company is towing my car from our community parking while the parking tag is present and visible at the front of my car. Last November I called them, they told me to come in 30 minutes to pick up the car. I got there, the place was closed. When I called, the person who answered told me he went to pick up his kids and he finally arrived after almost 2 hours. He refused to check my car to see that the parking tag was present. This morning I called them to arrange pick up, the person who answered the call told me they cant give it to me until tonight and he says I have a strong accent and he wasn’t able to understand me. I speak English very well. And this car is my private property. I feel scammed and robbed.
