    Graceful Tree was working at my neighbors house and knocked on my door asking if I wanted any work done. I have an old maple tree in my front yard that had some dead limbs. I told him I wasn't interested because he said he wouldn't haul the dead limbs away and I said the county would charge to pick up. He kept telling me that the county would pick up for free because he would make the piles the appropriate size. Well he didn't. In fact my neighbor decided to have them chop down her hedges and they put the brush on my property making my pile 3 times bigger. I check with the county and it's going to cost me $432 to get it picked up. I called, emailed, used their "contact us" form about the fact they the put my neighbors brush on my pile making it so much larger and that they should meet with me to discuss what could be done but they have not returned my call. It has been a week now since I tried contacting them. My complaint is he was to make the pile the size the county would pick up for free and he didn't and he won't respond to my repeated requests to contact me. I would like them to remove the brush that did not come from my tree so it won't cost so much for the county to pick it up.
