    On March 6, 2025 I purchased Headlight for my Infiniti QX60 left side cost was $769.00.After the purchase the part was shipped approximately and arrived a couple weeks later. Upon arrival the headlight worked and turned on but the mounting brackets had one missing and one broken completely off.Understanding the part was used I contacted the company with my plans to return the light.The sales representative **** ***** Employee code 4753 refused my calls so after a few more weeks I called his supervisor **** who offered to resolve the problem with a refund. He took a card number from my ********** account and no refund was issued. Furthermore l never back from **** either He wouldnt return my calls. Ive exhausted all measures to resolve my problem.Unfortunately the car required a brake and light inspection from state of California If the light was secured enough to passed it may of work but the requested I replaced that light so I bought another one.I continue to pursue my refund in hopes that greater good would prevail yet the company refuses to return my calls. I have lost my cool or threatened the with any legal discourses.

    The new business or company that occupies the place once owned by Quality auto parts has contacted me saying they have lease the warehouse for over a year. In the course of the year my complaint is one of several stating the same problem the company previously know at the address is still doing business on a goggle website. The company that is currently at the address notified me i was a victim of fraud.

    I ordered a part off line for Quality Auto Parts of Virginia I got a card *** ***** the part place said *** ***** didn't send them the money and net spend said that they sent the money so I am out 165 Dollars and get the Runaround so can you help me please
