    I was placed on an assignment location Brittany four Mile run Alexandria Virginia. My assignment was to attend the garage door. This door will allow the tenants to leave also enter. The property. My assignment was to open the door for the tenants. The problem I was having. This garage had no ventilation. Meaning the the carbon dioxide. Also the other hazard chemical. That was admitted from the car. Was trapped in the garage. I was on a 8-hour shift. I was not allowed to take a break. Nor go to lunch. Because there was no one to relieve me. I was restricted from opening the door. To allow fresh air in. As you know carbon dioxide will call a person to be drowsy. It will also kill. Nvt said I was sleep on the job. Impossible I was about a foot and a half from the garage to get in the tenant would blow there horn. And I was asked to wear a black suit. In a dirty garage. Overwhelmed with chemicals. NBT claimed this happened before October. I was relieve of my duty November 3rd. NBT idea complain about the conditions. No one listen no one from no one from mvt came out to the location. To see the condition we were working under. I was discharged from nvt. Because of other reasons. If you're looking for work. I will not recommend nvt. They care very little about. Staffers. NBT did not provide any evidence to their claim. No one should have not work in that garage. With high temperature and carbon dioxide and other chemicals in the air.

    We appreciate you expressing your concerns and we have looked into this matter. After speaking with our client, and reviewing the building codes, our client's facilities meet all regulations. Additionally, they have video evidence of you sleeping on the job.

    Additionally, NVT has 4 records of tardiness violations (within a short period of time) listed on your account, as well as other complaints from clients regarding your performance including an assignment that you willing accepted requiring you to be bi-lingual (English/Spanish) in which you are not.

    After careful consideration, NVT's team determined that it was not in our best interest to continue your employment with our organization.
