      I took my *** **** truck here to get a simple oil change, and left with a sidewall sliced tire from their service platform. All vehicles, just prior servicing have to be vacated so that one of their employees can drive it into the bay and up on the service ramp. The sides of the ramp are flat angled steel and if the vehicle is not driven in there with a spotter and it's not square the tires can ride up one side of the tire and SLICE the sidewall which in this case clearly happened. Now mind you I had been sitting at the bay doors prior to this servicing waiting along with a few other cars - no flat, just sitting there waiting. When I got out and the guy got in he drive in rather quickly, and was not square, hence he drove the right front tire along the inside steel rail of the ramp and bingo a nice clean brand new slice on the sidewall of the tire, I actually saw the truck ride up and then slide down the rail. So when the store manager *************************** approached me and said "hey miss you have a flat tire" I retorted umm ya, because your guy drove up onto the metal rail while driving my truck on the ramp. He said "ya"...They staff proceeded to change the tire, and then said that there was a tire place across the street like, I'M GOING TO PAY FOR A NEW TIRE THAT THEY JUST DESTROYED. The back and forth when on and **** said he was going to submit the "paperwork" to the regional manager and he/she would handle it. They video tape the vehicles that are being worked on, so there IS video of this event that I am sure will readily be deleted. As of this date I've enjoyed multiple unanswered calls to the store manager, and two weeks of no contact whatsoever from the store, the **Manager, or JiffyLube Inc.
