    BEWARE OF THE WARRANTIES they try to sell you. I had them come out and replace a faucet, remount my kitchen sink, replace the 2 drain strainers and supply lines/valves. It did start leaking a day later and when I called about the warranty, they were very quick to qualify what the warranty covers. It was repaired under their "warranty" (they could not dispute when it started leaking immediately) but when I have followed up to get the terms of the warranty, what it covers, what they will expend to replace anything they installed/repaired, they will NOT GIVE YOU ANY WARRANTY TERMS IN WRITING. So you are paying for no warranty really, its just a promise that may or may not be honored based on how they can qualify what the warranty is. This is how they make their money, off warranties. They will likely respond to this post saying they "warranty" their work and nothing else about the warranty. Ask them for the written terms of the warranty they are selling you. We have all seen express and implied warranty cards in products, why do they not have their warranty terms written up? I called them and they do not follow up despite what they are going to claim in their response.

    Unfortunately even after giving information, explaining everything that was asked, and speaking on the phone at length, we were unable to come to a resolution of the concern with warranties that were indeed provided. It was clear that there was no way to rectify this matter amicably so we refunded all money for the work that was done. Over the past 40+ years we've been in business, it is our always our goal to have happy customers.
