    We have been trying to reach the office to discuss a payment plan for the past 2 months and are unsuccessful. Anytime we call, the person who answers quickly says "Please hold" and leaves us on hold indefinitely. There isn't even any hold music or anything to indicate that the call is still successfully on hold and I am in some sort of queue. Now we have a past due notice. Today I have called 3 times and each time am placed on a long hold. I called the billing department listed on the statement and Amy stated that I had to contact Wendy (the office manager) to discuss payment plans but she won't be back until next Friday. I informed her of our unsuccessful attempts to talk to someone and she stated she would email Wendy to call us when she is back. Now I am trying to make some sort of payment to put off being reported to collections until Wendy is back next week but am getting the same issue of being put on hold immediately after someone picks up. I am going on 12 minutes of being on hold as I type this. I do not get why there is no online option to pay but the threat of being sent to collections due to their inability to manage their phone system is frustrating.
