  The first tow truck company(RL Towing) communicated with me by text for about 60 minutes. Although the driver/dispatch had my exact location they kept asking me the same questions over and over by text. They confirmed three times and then in the end deserted me! They will also be getting an appropriate review. I do not know how they have a 4.9 on ****** reviews but ****** a 3.0. Our Roadside Assistance, after waiting awhile longer, which left me of course 60 more minutes then notified me that 'Frank's' tow truck driver was alerted. It provided relief and then shocked me at how fast he got there! He arrived 30 minutes before I expected him. He was all business at first which is to be expected ensuring my vehicle was loaded and secured and then getting me into the cab and out of ***** way. I could tell by his speed and efficacy that he had most definitely loaded a few cars "in his time". Once we got into the cab, to proceed to the repair shop, he asked if I was ok and we had a nice chat on the ride. My respect for this man grew and grew the more we talked. He is a thorough guy and you most definitely have a 5-star tow truck driver in him. Once he unloaded my vehicle and saw me start to walk home, he called to me and said, "can I give you a ride home?" I gratefully accepted as I would have had to walk a couple miles. He thanked me for my business and would not even take a cash tip that I offered him. Lastly, he was under the weather and still pushing through for his employer. Also, *** *******(my case manager) kept checking on me to ensure I was safe, satisfied and that my vehicle was safely brought to the location which was a far tow. I will never be able to thank you all enough. This is the third time we have had to utilize roadside with American National over the years and each time you came through for us.   The lady in the booth is rude she was rude when I walked up told my husband he couldnt go in the yard to get paperwork out the yard for me started yelling and me stating she didnt care Im Muslim and told her it was mid in the yard and thats what my husband suppose to do she stated he was trespassing with me the owner standing there she started disrespecting me said yelling oh she can walk in the med shes racism and Im reporting to owner going all the way to too with this manner i will not be disrespected or treated like that !!!

  Terrible customer service, the lady working in the booth and answering the phone is very very rude and has nothing to do with customer relations…the system of the company is based on unethical practices, they just look for the lamest excuse to tow people’s vehicles…very unfair practice I don’t know why they allowed to operate in Montgomery county at all…they are scammers.

  henrys is the berrys, on 10/21/2022 my husband and my self were leaving a friends place and the minuet we started to leave, the car just stopped, well called the competition tried 2 times and no show, a flat bed tow showed up 2 times and tried to flag them down and left, than had the idea of henrys, and with in 90 mins he was there
  changeing the names, places to protect the innocent ( i sound like drag net ) any way he was most kind to my husband and me i got to sit in the back and had fun the whole way home, the driver who will cal mr j talking and haveing fun all the way home, i was happy very happy, the competition is good for some things but HENRYS IS THE BERRYS aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa+++++++ in my book
