      After having my car for almost a year, me spending almost 4k for it to pass inspection and be driven the car doesnt start properly or drive. Constantly felt like i was given excuse after excuse why my car wasnt done in time efficient way

      This vehicle was towed in with many issues. Customers request was to diagnose the wiring in the turn signal, a "spongy" brake pedal and the check engine light.  He was advised that the vehicle was not worth the money he would put into it to pass inspection and fix requested issues. Customer insisted he wanted the repairs done. During communication with Mr. ******* he stated he needed time to gather funds, which caused a delay in repairs.  After he requested a state inspection, it was determined there were even more issues.  This being a 1998 *****, parts were not easy to locate, and some had to come from ******* and the customer was advised.  All costs were related to what the customer requested and authorized.  He was sent a follow-up text after the ticket was invoiced and he stated everything was great.  Prior to leaving the shop, the vehicle started just fine, as it was driven to get gas since it was almost on E.
