    I had an eye exam on 20th of Dec 2023. Picked up glasses, after lenses installed in my frames, the 2nd week of Jan ****. Distance is blurry, I can't see to properly do my job or drive my vehicle safely. I told ********* when I picked them up that I couldn't see anything out in the parking lot, all blurry,and she said wear them for a week and then let her know. I agreed. When I got home I called her and stated my concerns about the safety of my driving. That I can't see 10 ft from my hood. She said my eyes must have a problem with no line bifocals. Not true, the old lenses she switched out were no line. I requested for the first Monday appt available. She said I have to come in on a Wed. I said I can't. They don't do Monday appts until they get enough customers to make it worth while for the doctor to drive from ********* to Farmville. I asked when will that be? She said she didn't know. Told me to call back in 3 weeks and see, but there is no guarantee. I again stated the safety issue while driving, she said "I don't know what to tell you". I was never told the doc is only in on Wed. I can't miss work and Wed is not an option. I don't get PTO at my job and I can't afford to miss a days pay. ********* suggested to call the doctor and see if he would come to the office to fix my problem. I said "Great!" then she said "I know he won't ". I asked her to PLEASE try. She did, I could hear them when the doc answered. She said "I have a lady here that says she can't see distance with her lenses and wants to know if you'll come in on a Monday and see her"? They LAUGHED at me!!! She got back on the phone still laughing and said "see I told you he wouldn't." I said to her I wanted to bring the glasses back and she can put my old lenses back in MY frames and give me a refund. She agreed to switch the lenses out but no refund. PLEASE help me get a refund. It's a lot of money to me. I have never been so disrespected. I should have checked the reviews. They are awful!!!
