      I would use Blue Mountain again for my plumbing needs. They did a great job, especially Jared. I definitely would recommend them.

      I would definitely use Blue Mountain again for my plumbing needs. The technician showed up on time and was very courteous and did a great job fixing my hot water heater. Not to mention it was a spontaneous call on a Friday morning and did the service same day! Very happy with Blue Mountain

      Should have known something was off when they kept mentioning their "assessment fee." was 99 bucks--it must be the only way they get paid. Had a busted out elbow in a sink. Their initial price was 485 for installing an elbow, then I told them I'd go with that if they could guarantee it'd drain and without leaking, to which they replied it'd be another 380 to check that it'd drain by running a manual snake down the pipe--when I asked why snaking the drain--a 3 minute job--was worth 380, they just said "that's what it says in the book." I was afraid they'd further bust the pipe in the wall, since they hadn't even been able to assess the need without me walking them through it, and I wasn't keen on paying out almost 1000 bucks for a minor repair, so I paid them the 99 bucks for, essentially, wasting my time.

      Done leak test found one leak and fixed. Put water on Radiator system and left said no leaks. filled slow and leaks in 4 spots. billed 677.00 less than 1 hr of work

      We had some plumbing problems that Jared and his crew fixed promptly and efficiently. Jared went over every detail plus the cost beforehand that was involved in the work to be done. The work was superb! They were the nicest gentlemen and always cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It is a very professional group and I recommend them highly!

      My A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday night. I called them Monday morning, and a technician came out Tuesday afternoon. I was 100% satisfied with the prompt, professional service provided. Cesar, the technician, fixed my A/C unit and had it properly working again by that afternoon. I would highly recommend this company.
