    I purchased a **** ***** Commercial Zero Turn on September 10th 2022. **** ***** had a promotion financial offer of No Payments until January 2023 and a fixed rate of 3.9 percent for 48 months. The whole buying experience has been a complete nightmare. Please see the attached email chain for reference. The REAL problem is **** ***** is not obeying the contract that i signed. I have received two bills from them for October and November. When I received the first bill in September I email **** ******** my sales person in ************. I had to sign another contract that took days to get the correct contract (please see email attachment). They also changed the APR on the second contract that they did not mention to me. So now I have two bills that i was not supposed to get until January 2023. **** ***** is not obeying the contract. Please help me!

    I am writing this email in response to your letter concerning **** ******* complaint concerning a financing contract for a zero turn mower he purchased in our ************ location.   Mr. ***** used **** ***** Financial to get a special APR on this mower and was not to have payments until January, 2023.   One of our sales associates helped him buy this mower and get proper financing.   Unfortunately, there was a problem with the first application and our sales associate had to redo the contract.   When this happened, the first contact was not properly cancelled by **** ***** Financial so Mr. ***** received a notice that payment was due.  He called in to our store and our sales associate immediately called **** ***** Financial to get the issue resolved.  I checked today, 11/16/2022, and we have confirmation from **** ***** Financial that they are cancelling the original contract and that the new contract is exactly what Mr. ***** had signed.  ***** Financial has to manually cancel the original contract.  This has now been done. Also, I personally called Mr. ***** and told him what was happening.  I sent him the email notification from ***** Financial too.  I explained that these things take a little time to work through the pipeline.   I assured him that his first payment is not due until January of 2023.   I gave him my contact information and cell phone number so he can call me with any concerns down the road.   He thanked me and said that our sales associate, ****, was very professional and took great care of him.  We will continue to monitor this and make sure that Mr. ******* contract is exactly as originally discussed.   We know he will have many years of usage with his new **** ***** Zero Turn Mower. Thank you. Feel free to contact me with any questions.  *** ********** ** *******
