    Jay came out within a few days to look at my dryer....as soon as part came in he was there to fix my dryer. At my house around 7:00 and was still going to make service calls after he left my house. Hard working guy.

    Jay got the job completed. He was at the mercy of LG getting and ordering the parts. None of which he had any control of. It’s not Jay’s fault LG is such an inferior company. He stayed in contact and came the next day he received the parts to fix our refrigerator. Don’t blame him if the problem stems from the manufacturer getting parts. We are thankful he accepted the repair order. Highly recommend Jay and we would use him again.
