    1. Oct.29,2024 was date of transaction with Budget Blinds (BB)
    2. Found them with ****** search for "customized" drapes
    3.Confirmed by phone that they did in fact make customized drapes
    4. At date of appointment, took Rep to master bedroom to show the exact look we desired(attachment A) Rep said BB could easily do this. BB website shows similar treatment
    5. Rep measured window in bedroom to be covered( about 60 inches in with.
    6. At this point he "highly recommended we consider another approach because panels would take up fat too mush wall space on each side of wall. Said we would be unhappy with results and he would not do this
    7. At that point said we should go with a shade. Said it was perfect for the size of the room/window. We felt we had no choice based on his comments/recommendations but to go with the shade if we wanted a custom look.
    8.Shade arrived in about 3 weeks. I was most unhappy with how it looked and the quality. Did not look like $750 shade to me(attachment C)
    9. Several days later i called BB and requested to return blind and get refund.
    10. BB refused. Said They presented me with several options/pricing
    11.That is not correct. There was only option if you don't count the drapes that they talked us out of. Never was the pricing of drapes ,for obvious reasons
    12. I believe BB took advantage of me. I think BB manipulated me into buying this shade and not losing a sale. Semi-custom in my mind seems a better word for what they do . I think they use pre cut panels and have no way to modify them to fit the window. If that is the case, they should have been up front about.
    13 Attachment D is what a custom drape should look like. It was previously on this window. It was made to fit that window
