    I signed a contractor 10/11/22 with Kitchen crafters of VA for our new construction cabinets and we paid $10,888.43 deposit (70% down) . The owner Anthony Markham told us near thanksgiving 2022 that our cabinets were in and he was coming to instal them. Three weeks later he told us some of our cabinets were on back order. (He first lied and said our cabinets were in) four weeks later he would not answer our calls / text. I had to comment on his ******** business page asking him to return our call because he told us our cabinets would be in by now. He calls me three minutes later asking me to take down the post because it’s bad for a small business and I told him I would if he promised me he would have the cabinets in by Monday January 9th and he said yes he would. It’s now January 24 and he put in the wrong bathroom vanity cabinets without our approval and he is still not finished installing the rest of the house cabinets. He will not return my calls and makes up an excuse every time why he can’t answer the phone.Also When we put our deposit down, they were four different cabinets then we received.
