    I said to him it was in the bottom of the cabinets. Then I removed the cabinets from the walls and it was a great amount of mold there as well. The mold was inside the cabinets under the sink and that’s what prompted me to remove the cabinets. He said there were mold in the house. I have pictures of inside the cabinets. Black mold and they should be held liable. It was visible. Regards,

I had to pay for people to move my stuff hold on now I got to get the floor out the walls out, new cabinets in and all of this has been done and financially it is stripped me and he is just not seeing anything they haven’t called they haven’t checked I did call the realtor I called the mortgage broker and I called the inspector. Nobody has done or said anything except the realtor and he was apologizing because he said he didn’t even realize that this was such a problem for me. He apologize several times saying he wish it was something he can do, and he wished that the inspector will take care of that however, none of these things happen.

    I performed a home inspection for ********* ********* in early September 2022 at ** *** ****** ****** ******** *****. *********** complaint is that my report did not state mold being in the home. I did not see any evidence of mold, but i did report a leak that was creating conducive conditions for mold growth and recommended it was identified and repaired(4.2.1). ********* called me on the 12th of December stating she had removed her cabinets and found mold. I explained that i did not see any mold at the time of inspection, and reiterated that a home inspection is not a mold test. Internachi Standards of practices excludes mold under section 2.2 where it states: 2.2. Exclusions:I. The inspector is not required to determine: J. the presence of mold, mildew or fungus Ms. ********* also signed a home inspection agreement that states:4. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, we will NOT test for the presence of radon, a harmful gas. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, we will not test for mold. ********* stated she observed mold after removing her cabinets. I cannot see behind cabinets or walls, and a home inspection is not a mold inspection/test.
