    They totaled my home it was deemed no longer livable they left it on the side of the road after stating multiple times they’ll get my home to its destination 1.2 miles up the road. They left me homeless and took a deposit that I see reasonable at a full refund it was not my fault that the owner didn’t have the right equipment or knowledge to move the home

    ****** ****** asked could we attempt to get the home to the address stated that it had to be moved off the property and we told her it could not go down the driveway she stated it doesn't matter she had movers insurance on the home that if it would not go to park it across the street from the driveway,so that's what we did and she further stated that she had another place for us to move it if it wouldn't go down the driveway but once she was told it wouldn't go she would not give another address to take the home,the whole time her and I believe her husband were taking doors , furnace etc out of the home ,we were contacted by the ******* police department told it had to be moved she continued to not communicate with me so we moved it to a temporary storage area where she continued to get parts off the home to where it's almost immoveable now ,all this in a attempt to defraud a insurance company and myself,I will be contacting my lawyer and her insurance company about this situation and there was never any deposit given I've spent several thousand dollars of my own money trying to do the right and legal things
