    I did NOT order any test kits, but they appeared in my mailbox AND this company stated they will send 8 kits each month at no charge to me. Shame on this company for wasting the government's money and not even asking for my approval prior to sending. I tried to opt out on their site but they do not have a place to refuse the shipments, so I called their number listed on a piece of paper in the shipment and told them to stop and take me off their list. This appears to be a scam that a company is using to drain additional Medicare monies that should be used where it could do some good! They do not deserve even one star.

    I would not give this company even one star but had to do it or I would not be able to leave a comment. We received unsolicited "free" COVID tests with "the upcoming flue season and increased COVID-19 cases...at no cost to Medicare recipients". The problem with this that we did not order nor authorize any billing to Medicare. We have never heard of this company or ********** *********** **** - the other signer on the half sheet of cheap paper. Someone is paying for this. If not directly out of my pocket, it is out of the government's pocket. Michelle **

    Without our request, this company sent us covid test kits that are not FDA approved. Thanks but no thanks.
