    I am filing this complaint on behalf of ***** ******* ****** ** ******. ***** ordered 4 floral arrangements in 2021. In January of 2022 the bill was paid in full by check for a total of $183.00. In June of 2022 ***** received a duplicate bill. Our treasurer inadvertently paid the bill in full again. Once we noticed the mistake we contacted Sandy's floral gallery (spoke with manager) several times. We asked for a refund of $183.00. She refused to give refund stated she would give us credit. I asked for a statement of credit and an expiration date manager told me she would email the statement to me that evening (7/29/22) or the next day. I have not received the statement of credit. I have tried to go to Sandy's floral gallery to speak to her face to face, but the listed addresses for the locations of flower shops are empty. Business phone # is ************. The congregation request a refund of $183.00. We have copies of bills and cancelled checks should you need this information. We appreciate your assistance in this matter.
