    The Customer Service at Franklin Collision Center make agreed to fix my rear bumper on December 16, 2022 an made the appointment for June 5, 2023. The service repair was for 3 days. I ( Jeremy Brown) contacted Customer Service on May 22, 2023 for confirmation on June 5. Customer Service said, " Yes we still have you scheduled for the 5 of June at 9am. I took my truck to the collision center on June 5th. June 7, this morning I contacted Customer Service for work completion. Customer Service stated the bumper was removed, But had to order a new bumper. The new bumper has been ordered yet. I asked for my truck back because I have to get back to work. It has been 6 or 7 months and the service department hasn't gotten the right bumper order yet. I feel very cheated. I have lost 3 day from work, and the Customer Service haven't even ordered the right part. Please contact for resolution. Thanks. No star
