  I had an extremely disappointing experience with ***** Environmental Solutions. If negative stars were possible, theyd be warranted here. I contacted them to address a rodent issue, but despite multiple visits from their technicians, the problem remains unresolved. Each technician provided different, sometimes contradictory information, leading to significant confusion and frustration.Attempts to reach a manager were met with silence for months, even after repeated calls. Only after I insisted that I could visit their office in person did I receive a response. When I finally spoke with a manager, he dismissed responsibility for the inconsistent advice given by his staff and mentioned that, due to the delays and lack of follow-through, the issue could now be worse or potentially a different rodent problem altogether. He also indicated that he couldn't verify the work done unless it was documented by the technician, suggesting the only solution would be to restart the entire process with a new estimate.Overall, I feel this company lacks accountability and clear communication. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're in need of reliable pest control services.

  Summit did unauthorized work, removing bat houses that my son and I had made together. They threw away the bat houses even though I had requested they not be touched. Summit admitted their mistake and offered to discount their services by 1/3rd the price of new comparable bat houses. At a minimum they should have offered to replace like with like. I gave them several chances to make this right but, even though they took responsibility for the mistake, they are unwilling to fix the issue.

  I can't say enough good things about Summit Environmental Solutions. They recently helped me with an attic insulation and roof repair job, and I'm beyond impressed. From the moment I got in touch, their office team was not just responsive but also super friendly. They were always ready to assist and made me feel like a valued customer right from the get-go. The crew that tackled my attic insulation and roof repair was fantastic. They were total pros and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. They've not only met but totally exceeded my expectations.

  I had Ms. **** come out and inspect my home for various pest control services, including ants getting inside my house and a wasp nest on my deck furniture. After removing the wasp nest, she thoroughly inspected the entire deck under every piece of furniture and every nook and cranny to make sure there wasnt any other nests left. Her ant treatment got rid of our problem overnight, which was like a miracle to us because no other ant remedies weve tried have ever worked this well. Ms. **** was also very friendly, professional and transparent, letting us know exactly what she was doing and why. We couldnt be happier with Summit Environmental Solutions, and we fully recommend them for ******** problem you might be having!
