      I signed up my son for behind the wheel driving ******s for $425. The school stated they serve ************** in Spotsylvania County, and Northern ********. The instructor showed up on June 22 for the ****** and stated that I have to drive my son to a local CVS because our home, which is in Spotsylvania, is too far. She stated that driving to my house counter against our sons behind the wheel time. She stated that she would share our sons ****** with another student. So, we soon realized we were paying 50 minutes to get less than 25 minutes instruction. The contract states our son gets 50 minutes; she only taught him for less than 25 minutes. She also stated the first day that she would not evaluate our son for drivers license; which is what we paid for. Additionally, the instructor did not understand that Type 1 diabetics can drive under a ** category. I had to explain it all to her. The second day of class, June 23, 2023, the instructor gave my son 45 minutes of instruction and told us that this day counted as 2 days because she is going on vacation next week. The business seems to make up rules as they go. We are asking for a full refund. We also have her recorded in our Ring camera outside our home. Will supply the video if needed.

      I paid $425 for my daughter to take Behind the Wheel training through 2020DrivingSchool in **************, **. I was told the driving instructor would pick up my daughter at our home; 2020DrivingSchool's website also states the instructors pick up customers at their homes. (See here: ****************************************************). This was a condition of my hiring 2020 -- that the instructor pick up my daughter at our ******** home. But prior to the first driving class and after, while trying to schedule the second class, the instructor assigned to my daughter, ****, expressed preference for my daughter to be driven to ************** (about ***** miles from my ******** home) for the class. I refused and once again advised the instructor as well as 2020Driving School office personnel that my daughter needed to be picked up at *********** before my daughter's second Behind Wheel class with **** was due to go forth, I was advised by 2020DrivingSchool office personnel that **** was no longer my daughter's instructor and that she had been assigned a new instructor, *****. I was told this on Tuesday, June, 13. I was told during this same call that ***** would contact me later that day or by Wed, June 14, at the latest, to schedule my daughter's second driving ******* On Friday, June 16, I placed two telephone calls to 2020DrivingSchool office personnel (one woman identified herself as the office manager and the other, as *********) to say I hadn't heard from ***** yet and would need either a confirmed date of driving for my daughter, or a full refund. I also reiterated my need to a home pickup for my daughter. Both these women said home pickups weren't guaranteed, after which I pointed them to their own website and their own statements. I was ultimately told once again that ***** would be contacting me. I would like 2020DrivingSchool to provide the services it was paid to provide, including home pickup of my daughter, or provide a full refund of the entire $425.
