Went to DQ cashier was upset that I wanted to order. I used a coupon for my order. Asked could my blizzards be made after my children eat. Paid. Then realized my 3 year old probably needed his own mini blizzard instead of sharing. Plus I had rewards. Cashier was HOT because I used my rewards. Told me NO YOU CANT USE A COUPON. DONT USE A COUPON AGAIN. Im like excuse me I have rewards Im allowed. She says NO gets upset looks at the receipt for several seconds then giving it to me. Speaks angrily in a different language and I walk away. I get my food come back then point out theres mustard on the burger. Cashier says so its already made. I said we dont eat mustard. She says its already on there. I said so I cant get one without mustard like I asked. She grabs burger with yuck face throws it away. Speaks something in her language and then shes making blizzards Im like are those mine she says yes I said I asked you to wait until I come back to make them. (The restaurant is EMPTY). She makes my turtle blizzard and puts the hot fudge on top right before she gives it to me. MELTY I didnt even want the blizzard yet because my children were still eating So money is wasted. None of the blizzards were thick and served upside down as advertised. Because they wouldve spilled. My cup also was filthy she didnt care.

Hi, quite sorry to hear you had such a poor experience. I'll do my best to resolve this situation and make things right with you. I'll need some specific information from your visit to locate your order amount and process a refund, This can be done several ways: a copy of the receipt would be easiest if you still have it. We can also search by credit or debit card if either were used for the purchase-last 4 digits of the card is all we need. Total purchase amount with date of visit and approximate time would also work.

We certainly don't like our customers to have such an experience at our location, and would like to take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. Would you remember the cashiers name by ******?

Also, are you sure you visited the Fredericksburg location on Courthouse Rd? (I see you address is in Woodbridge) We don't have any foreign language speaking cashiers so I am struggling to figure out who may have done this. Any identification information you can give me would be appreciated.

Again, I apologize for the poor service and experience you had and will do my best to resolve the situation. Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience.
