      I purchased some furniture from Sofa Outlet on 10/4/2022 which included a headboard and have never received the headboard after many inquires. I am told that I will get it within a week numerous times but I have not received it as of 08/22/2023. The latest excuse is that it is in short supply. I have asked for a refund on the credit card I used for the purchase the last 10 times I have called them or by check. I have received neither. I do not know how to upload the document that I have of the sales transaction but would be happy to fax it to you if needed, thank you for your attention to my complaint.

      I purchased a new couch and chair from the store. They delivered a floor model couch and chair. The feet had damage and scratches. We called to get replacement feet and were told that the couch and chair were new and not the floor models. The feet arrived and contained the email that they sent to request the feet which stated that they sold the floor models and that the feet were damaged and needed to be replaced. We purchased new furniture, not floor models. Owner declares the furniture was new but stated he would replace them. Then he changed and said he was not going to do anything to correct the fraudulent sale.
