      I originally received a bill from **** ********** back in Nov 2024 for $150. However, I communicated to them to process it through my secondary insurance Tricare Pime at the time. I have two insurance so normally I don't pay out of pocket. Then around May 2025, I receive the same bill. When I call the billing office, they said they have been trying to file the claim and both insurances are denying the claim. My primary insurance record reflects the claim was returned because it was already paid back in February 2024. The date of service was January 2024. Claim was submitted in February and paid by both insurance. Then MWH billing office sent another bill in July2024 for a claim the insurance paid in the February 2024 for the same service date. My insurance rejected that claim. The billing office told me I'm still liable for the bill because I signed a statement that I'm liable for claim my insurance doesn't pay and this service was for another procedure. I got tired arguing back and forth and paid the $150. I made several attempts to reach patient relations at *** to file a complaint but no one reach back to me. I have the *** that reflect MWH was paid for the service on Jan 2024 and the $150 is a way to charge me for a copay which is wrong and unfair practice and I want my $150 reimbursed back to me.       Hello.

      ************************************** provides out-patient, ER, and inpatient services. We were able to locate services in January 2024. However, none related to a billing statement or payment of $150. Our database indicates 1 billing statement in the past year dated June 2024. The only phone inquiry located was dated November 2023 for an unrelated service.

      It's possible the billing may be related to a **** ********** visit yet billed by a co-provider. Co-provider's provide services within the hospital and bill for their services separately. Those most common are Fredbg. ER Medical Assoc., **************** of Fredbg., ********************, and Medical Imaging of Fredericksburg. 

      Based on the above and lack of the billing statement, I'm unable to resolve the concern. Mr. *** is welcome to contact our office at ************.

      I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I partly agree the billing is from a third party Medical Imaging of Fredericksburg LLC; however, the facility falls under **** ********** umbrella. I have enclosed the statements and the **** for your reference.  I would like BBB to further assist to resolve this issue with Medical Imaging of Fredericksburg.
