    My husband took our son there for a scheduled appointment. The technician took the glasses in the back to clean them. He came back later and said the glasses were broke when we gave them to him. Absolutely a lie. We had just purchased a new pair 2 months ago under the warranty program we originally had so they were brand new. The glasses were not broken when my husband handed them to him. He then proceeded to tell my husband someone tried to glue them. There was no glue present dry or wet. Then he offered to try to fix them by gluing and that didn't work either. The doctor who I believe owns the practice didn't care or take ownership either. My son wears Oakley eyeglasses. As a result, we had to go back to the place where we bought the original frame and pay 25 bucks to use our warranty again. Not to mention the eyecare place said never glue glasses back together because it can make getting the lens out difficult, which it was. My husband felt they broke them on purpose because my son is at the time for a new pair. Don't visit this place. The name has changed many times over the year. Unacceptable customer service.
