    Some time ago we asked that they only use green/organic products and not use anything on our bee garden. Then come to find out they kept using the same products, and spayed where we specifically said not to, killing everything in the bee garden. For almost a year we continued to pay full price for them to do nothing but the cobweb dusting before deciding to cancel service entirely. Rather than being the least bit apologetic, they were aggressive and are determined to continue charging us.

    I paid for quarterly pest service at my house plus monthly service on during mosquito season. Payment gets automatically deducted from my account the first of the month. The last service on my house was 11/2/22 but payment was taken every month since then through April. I was supposed to be serviced 2/2/23 and they never came. Then they scheduled me in March 3 times and cancelled every time. I have been communicating with them since then and they stated they would get me a refund and never have. I then received noticed that they are no longer servicing my area on 4/26/23. Since then, I was not charged anymore but would like my refund since they stopped servicing me in November. I have multiple email communications where they state they are looking into it but then never receive anything back. I would like my refund so I can be done with this company and get another pest company that is more reliable and trustworthy.
