    I ordered a custom saddle from CP Custom Saddles The dates of the transactions: 1/16/2023 ********, 2/10/2023 ********, 5/7/2023 ******** The initial payments of ***** and ******* were the deposits to begin the work. The agreement was the finished saddle would be completed in 3 to 6 months. The total cost would be ******** the total amount paid is ******** On April 24 ******************************* messaged me on ******** Messaging that my order would be ready in a week or so. So, I sent her the final payment in good faith, as we know each other and we were friends. The payment was accepted, then I received no updates until May 29 and she said, "oh we are ordering materials, we ran out." No other updates or acknowledgment. I have attached the letter explaining the time line. CP custom saddles have not been forthcoming with updates on a specific date the saddle will be completed. They have not attempted to resolve the issue, as I have requested a full refund, as they did not provide the product in the time they sated it would be ready. They are not agreeing to pay me back.. I do not want thier product because I dont trust them.

    This is the product that was contracted to build. Finishing today by the end of the day. We informed ****************, in person, that we had a 6-8 months build time. We are sitting at 6 months right now with the product at completion. We have been in contact with the customer regarding updates. We have also emailed **************** with the update that the saddle was finishing today with no response.
