In May 2023, I bought a car from Auto Land, assured that it was in good condition and serviced. However, upon driving it home to **********, I noticed several issues. Upon inspection by my mechanic in VA, it was discovered that the car had a longstanding engine leak, which should have precluded its sale. When I contacted the dealership, they insisted that I pay for the mileage driven. Before I could negotiate, they expedited the transfer of the car title to my bank, complicating the return process. Despite returning the car to the dealership, where it overheated and broke down, I have yet to receive any updates or solutions. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, there has been no response, and I am still making payments on a car that remains in their possession.

I brought a 2010 Audi A6 from this dealership with the intention to give it to my son who is a student. Me and a friend came in after testing driving the car and I told the salesman I only have $8000 for everything ********* included he told me yes I can make that happen. We sat down to do the deal I asked again tags and taxes included yes we begin to sign the paperwork. The paperwork had a processing fee of $599.00 which is a lot so I signed. This price was brought back down to $8000 which is what I originally stated. Everything looked good on my paperwork and as we were leaving we asked are the tags going to be sent to my home or do I need to come back and pick them up. He answered you will need to come and pick them up. Ok no problem its about 3 weeks after I brought car I receive a signature required mail and when I open it its all of the paperwork with a sticky note telling me to take this to the **** I give the dealership a call to discuss what me and the salesman discussed. They hang up on me twice because they tell me that I should have read my paperwork and ask questions. I told them I asked all the questions before signing and we had an agreement that everything was included. The process fee is what I saw on my paperwork and I thought this covered my tag and taxes so I signed because the salesman confirmed that I will pick up my tags from them. I do not like the way I am being treated as a consumer when buying something this expensive and no help from the dealership.

Sold us a vehicle with a 14 day contract to return it if anything was found during pre-purchase inspection. We brought it right back for a $2800 oil issue found during pre-inspection! They refused to take car back even with their contract BUT said they would fix ****. They kept car over 30 days. 2 WEEKS LATER after getting it finally back CAR ENGINE IS BLOWN due to them never fixing oil and they refuse to do anything and it is now a $11k-$12k engine issue! Warranty WILL NOT COVER calling it NEGLECT on their part for lying saying it was fixed and was NOT!!

I purchased a 2014 ****** Altima on April 29, 2023 for $9380. A week after purchasing the vehicle I started hearing a knocking sound in the vehicle. I took the vehicle to ****** on May 18, 2023 to have a Diagnostic test run and was informed that the transmission needed to be replaced and it would cost $6500. I have had the vehicle for less than 30 days and now have a vehicle that cant be driven due to the transmission being bad and if driven would cause more damage. This is very bad business and should be at least a 30 day option for return or exchange.

On 10/15/22 I purchased 2016 ****** Rogue, 9 days later the transmission went out. I contacted the vendor and was told to tow the vehicle to their mechanic. Had the vehicle towed, spoke to mechanic they confirmed it was the transmission and said I needed to speak to the dealer because they didn't work for me they work for them. She gave me the cell # of the dealer because he was not answering my calls at the shop. I called his cell he told me I have to pay $1k for my portion of the vehicle. told him I did not have 1K. ******** said dealer ordered the part. I called the dealer several times and spoke to ****, he said ****** was not there and I needed to speak to him. I told ********** wanted to return the vehicle and have my money refunded. he said he would let kaleef know. I called several times, left messages on their voicemail and no one returned my call. I went to the location and Kaleef wasn't there. I told **** again I wanted to get my money back he said he would make sure ****** call me back. Still no call. I had other people call and still no call back. I emailed them on 10/31/22 and stated I wanted to cancel the contract, and have my money returned to my bank, still no response. I Had someone call Kaleef cell on 11/4/22, surprisingly he answered this time and said I could pay $500 and take the vehicle off the lot. I did not have a vehicle so I paid it, reluctantly. We asked for a warranty for the transmission ****** said he would email it. Have not receive it. Took the vehicle to get an engine diagnostic done and the report shows the transmission is faulty along with 3 other faulty issues. I would like to report this company and see how I can get my money back. I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney General. Can you please assist me? Thank you

On August 15th 2022, my husband and I visited this Auto-Land branch. First, no one came out to greet us or offer help in our car search so we just browsed freely. Once we found 2 cars that we liked, we went inside to get the keys. The first cars driver side window was down and it had rained that morning so the drivers seat was soaked. The second car had a bad battery and wouldnt stay on for more than a few minutes. I was still very interested in the car so my husband asked the manager if they could take it to the shop to get it fixed to which the manager agreed. We didnt get to test drive the car because of the bad battery. We went inside and I filled out the credit application and left a deposit. We were told we would hear something soon about the credit terms and would receive an update once the car returned from the shop. We called multiple times over the next week after we failed to receive any update. On August 24th, my husband called again and was told that the car was sold the day before, despite our deposit on it. I called to ask how this happened and no one has returned my phone call. I will NEVER do business with this company and plan to complain about their poor business practices on every platform that I can find. At this point, ** no longer interested in an apology/explanation, I just want their inquiry removed from my credit as I now have to continue looking for a car.
