    On Jan.25,2024 Crystal ClearWater Treatment came because of a metalic taste in water & would do annual treatment while here, **** very nice said it needed a ***************** pump & couldn't fix problem until parts came in & would make a return visit with no charge. He disabled the filter or switched something to bypass & paid him $185. The next day i filled our washing machine to wash clothes in brown water. I called Crystal *************************** would not come out because of no parts. We had to call another well Co.to at least fix it back to the way it was so could use water. Aftercalling many times receptionist would not let me talk to thr manager. The last time I called,which was nearly a month later the receptionist said she would talk to *********** all Ame right back; she never did. We will never use the again.

    Thank you for your response but we have just found out that Crystal  Clear Water Treatment, **** is out of business. Apparently, another company, H R Water Treatment,  took it over and would not pay for Services paid for but not rendered.
    It is our loss so the case is closed.

    We called in May, because our water started smelling like rotten eggs. We had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. They didn't have the part to fix the problem. We were told it had to be ordered, but still charged $170. It is now August 27th. Nobody is returning our calls. Almost 4 months of having to bathe, cook and use water that smells like rotten eggs. We are having to buy bottled water, which defeats the purpose of having paid for this expensive system. Initially we got excuses, now we don't even get the courtesy of a phone call, much less any attempt to actually come out and complete service to fix the problem.
