    I needed a new car. After looking online, I found a car offered by ********** and spoke with *****, their rep. *********** he told me my loan application was approved and I needed to send down payment. On 4/16/25 I sent MyCar $1,100 and on 4/20, I sent $2,900 by CashApp. ***** then told me my loan application was denied but he refuses to return my down payment.

    On 11/26/******* Car agrees to provide reliable transportation to finance a vehicle from their location . From 11/26/2024 thru 12/19/2024. My car has plenty of time to provide repairs and get the vehicle they choose road safe and inspection sticker. Which on 12/19/2024 the vehicle was in the shop for several hours. Leaving after dark. I was not expecting to have a rejection sticker on the vehicle. And drive 10 miles and had to have the vehicle towed back to the lot. No assistance from ******** Car stated that it was a minor issue , so I took this vehicle to be inspected. The brakes failed no fluids. And the transmission is shot. Not repairable needs to be replaced. Costing $******* deed I called My Car. Explained the situation. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle with the state it is in. My Car request I bring this vehicle back to the dealership. Yet, My Car did not put my 1998 **** mustang, which My Car still has possession of in the Bill ** Sale. And if I were to get the vehicle back to them. My Car would not return my trade in with our payment if $1400. I just need My Car to back out on the financial situation and take the vehicle I trusted them to be safe and inspection sticker good. Yet return my trade in that is not listed on the Bill ** Sale. And walk away from this terrible transaction. Complete no reply from My Car about any resolution except to not return my *************************** on good faith. No listing of the trade in of my 1998 mustang on any documents. Left the lot terrible condition and not refuse to explain the reason for this transaction being in unsafe and non working conditions of a vehicle unsafe.Please reach out and assist me in getting my personal vehicle back and forward with no contract on the vehicle offered to finance. It is not safe to drive. No inspection sticker and bad condition all around. How can My Car in good faith , business and morals allow this vehicle to leave the dealership lot in the condition it was in.

Miss ****** has also been made aware of any and all issues imperfections prior to purchase, she didn't reach back out to us and we were more than willing to help anyway we can. No trade was taken on the deal as stated by *****.

    Hello.
    My name is ***** ******** and I am reporting a problem with my complaint regarding the My Car dealership ,reply to my complaint. I will attempt to send you conversations in attachment in this email..
    I did not give My Car any down payment. I have not signed any titles about my 1998 **** mustang. The facts are as follows. I am waiting for a time that suits My Car dealership to have the Dodge Dakota truck returned at my expense. Yet I would appreciate the return of my mustang. As I clearly show here the transaction is documented. If you can understand the meaning of statement of a $4100 down payment listed on the bill of sale as shown in attachment. I have not paid My Car any money. Nor did I receive any money for my mustang. As seen in attachment. As I have tried to contact the owner of My Car dealership and no return calls. Only from this salesman *****. He clearly stated he wanted me to bring the mustang in on the trade in as part of the sale. I have offered to return their Dodge Dakota truck , towed back to them. Yet I do not see their issues of refused acknowledgement that the mustang. That is not as in contract as not being even acknowledged that they have my mustang and the strange demand that I can get my mustang back if I pay $1400. It is just not adding up to the facts here. My Car dealership stated that they would take back the Dodge Dakota truck and back out of the loan, yet are demanding that they do not have my mustang as a trade in or about this $4100 tacked into this bill of sale. I have not paid My Car any money nor received any money from My Car dealership for the key to my mustang. As shown in attachment. Please review my response to this complaint against My Car dealership and the evidence provided here 
    Please review my reply to the message I received back for BBB. As to no acknowledgement of receiving my mustang in this transaction and want to know what can be resolved here. I phoned ***** and explained I would tow their Dodge Dakota truck back. And have this transaction resolved but ***** stated that their lot is icy and not a good time to deliver the truck. Yet again I'm still waiting on a response to request them to back out of the finance of the Dodge Dakota truck as it is not as described and is still in my possession.  I have spoken to the financial company about this and they stated if I am to return the vehicle as situation described and that the My Car dealership has to dissolve the loan. Yet I would at least accept the return of my mustang. Appreciate you assistance and understanding about the situation at My Car dealership and the fraud that is taking place. I have contacted the ** dealership board also with these circumstances and complaints about my situation and would appreciate their coming clear on documenting all these untrue and denial to what is transpired over this. Trying to take my mustang with them demand that I pay my car dealership $1400 to get my mustang back from them.
    So, please acknowledge that I have replied back to the dealership response to my complaint

    These are screenshots of conversation and pictures of documents. 

    I have had to contact the *** dealership board and they gave visited the my car lot and requested that all of the false statement on the bill of sale be explained and is my mustang not listed on the bill of sale, I did not give My car dealers $4100 as a down payment. And I was promoted to tell the loan company that I did. Only to have my car tack the $4100 on to the sale to be paid to my car dealership in a different account. I have partly beginning to recover for this with the *** dealership board to assist. The my car surrendered my mustang back to after having to have to towed 350 miles at my expense. The *** dealership board and I are waiting the loan to be cancelled and I have had the Dodge Dakota truck returned to my car dealership lot at my expense.

    I am not comfortable with the entire process of this attempt of sale with so many things not coming to be honest.

    I am grateful for the assistance and acknowledging of the situation I was placed into. And thankful for assistance in recovery of my mustang and return of the Dodge Dakota Truck. Waiting for my car dealership to close the loan. Once the loan is closed I can move forward with life, this experience was not legal and *** dealership board is following up with the fraudulent and misleading statements from my car dealership.

    I purchased this vehicle October ****** and it started smoking on October 26th 2024, I tried to contact the dealership, they never answer the phone, so October 28th, 2024 my husband and I went to the dealership that Monday morning and explained to them what had happened, they explained to me that I had to get the vehicle to them because they did not have a rollback and he had to speak wit his manager to see how they wanted to handle this, I sat around all day long waiting for a return call and even called them multiple times with no response, I finally got one all for them(*****-sales **** to tell me that I had to bring the vehicle to the dealership and they would kept it for a couple of days, stating that there were some cars in front of me and that I would have to wait, I never heard back from them so I just kept calling, finally got a return call and they stated that it was nothing they could do. I had the vehicle less than 30 days before the car started having issues, my husband and I picked the car up, took it over to the **** dealership to see if there were any recalls etc, I paid $300.00 to get a full diagnostic on the **************************************************** that it is the engine and the coolant is leaking into the cylinder etc, I then contacted my finance company-Consumer Portfolio/dealer compliance ***** I had to scan them the diagnostic and they said to allow ***** business hours of this week, today is 11/15/2024 I just spoke with *********** and she also stated that she has not been able to contact them, we called on 3-way and still no answer, I also paid $800 for my tags and i have not rcvd tags yet! they gave me another set of 30 day tags when I picked up the vehicle, the finance company is saying that I am still responsible for this loan and I cant even drive the vehicle, please say that you can help me because no one will! these ppl are crooks and they have all bad reviews on their website which I also sent the finance company.

    On May 21st, I agreed to be a cosigner for 2017 ***** 6 I completed the the paper work process over the phone while the primary applicant was at the dealership finalizing the transaction. Everything appeared to go smoothly, and the primary applicant successfully obtained the vehicle.However, on August 9th, a payment made by the primary applicant was reversed, prompting the lender to contact me. To my surprise, I was informed that I was not listed as a cosigner on the loan documents. Instead, the dealership had removed the primary signer and processed the loan solely under my name without my knowledge or consent.This situation has resulted in significant complications. The primary applicant intended to refinance the vehicle and remove my name from the loan, but this is now not possible due to the dealership's error. Furthermore, I am now responsible for a car that was not intended to be solely in my name.The dealership has acknowledged their mistake but has not taken any steps to rectify the situation. This has left both the primary applicant and myself in a challenging position, with no apparent resolution other than pursuing legal action.

    I was called by ***** at my car and told that if I share my card information and come in to pick up the ********** Tijuan I had been approved for a banl loan and 1000 dollar raffle reward after taking uber 1 and a half hours also sending the proper documents and agreeing to a 400 dollar hold.they took it early before I arrived then proceeded to try and give me a different vehicle and I didn't want it then I was told I couldn't get my 400 dollars back towards the down payment even though I didn't sign *** papers also due to them trying to help someone like me with a lower income and class then the manager blocked me and they continued to try and get me to add money to It and ignore my requests. By far worst bank application done if you ask me.

    My husband and I purchased a 2012 ******* MKZ on May 17th, 2023 from the business Mycar located on ******************************************************************************. The downpayment for the car was $6,300 with my husband and I putting down $3,500 of that while the business Mycar covered the remaining of the downpayment. Two days after purchasing the vehicle on May 19th, 2023 the vehicle began to have thick white smoke coming from the exhaust. The car was taken back to the dealership. The vehicle was kept the first time from May to August. The dealership stated it was the turbos causing this. After the first time taking the back it was held for three month will little communication in regards to what was wrong with the vehicle. ****** the sales manager was hard to reach and there were never any mechanics working. When my hysdabn was told the vehicle had been fixed in August when we went to pick up the vehicle the engine light was on and the white smoke was still coming out of the exhaust. ****** and his so called mechanic stated the car before the smoke would stop coming out of the exhaust and the engine light would go off after a week of driving the vehicle. Over the next couple of weeks the smoke was still present but not as thick as a smaller trail. During the third week of having the vehicle back the white smoke became thicker and longer again. This time the white smoke was coming out of the exhaust and the hood of the vehicle. The engine light never went off. The white smoke was so bad a police officer had to pull my husband over due to thinking the vehicle was going to catch fire. The police instructed my husband to leave the vehicle parked. My Husband and I took the vehicle back to the dealership for the second time for it to be assessed so we were given a loaner vehicle in Lieu of this. This would be the first loaner car out of a total of 5 we were given. The 2012 ******* was kept at my car shop for another four months. We had limited communication from my car and they were hard

    I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from the dealership in September 2023. The truck failed inspection 15 days prior to me buying it. Nothing was corrected. No issues were disclosed to me verbally or in writing. The frame is bent on the truck, making the vehicle a total loss.
