    Bought a Bad Boy Maverick zero turn from the company about 5 or 6 years ago. One of he selling points that was made to me was that if I has my mower serviced by ********, thy would pick up and drop off the mower free of charge. This they honored up until this last Fall When I called for service, I was told that Bad Boy was no longer among the brands that qualified for the pickup delivery service. (They still list other brands in their advertisement where they do honor that service). I told them on the phone that I bought the equipment from them and that I was told at point of sale that this was one of benefits to purchasing through them. Now they are asking for an additional $161 on top of the cost of the annual maintenance . Bad business to change a policy and not grandfather faithful customers into the original agreement that was honored for years.

    While we can understand the customers frustration of the expectation, being able to service a brand of mower from where it was purchased. When the unit was purchased a while back Mortons Power Equipment was still in good terms with Bad Boy Mowers. ************** changed ownership since Mortons originally took them on. When that happened, their support for its product suffered dramatically. In the spring of 2020, Mortons made the hard decision to not sell Bad Boy Mowers anymore. Bad Boy Mowers at that time allowed us to still sell parts and do some warranty work for an undisclosed period of time. In 2024 they took away any association with Mortons Power Equipment. ************** will now no longer sell us parts or allow us to do any warranty work. So not only do we not offer free pickup and delivery for Bad Boy Mowers, but we can't service them at all anymore. This was not our decision, ******* dropped us as a dealer, after their ownership change. Unfortunately in this situation, there are some things that are out of our control. We still value Mr ****** as a customer, and if there are any non Bad Boy Mower items we can help with, we would be happy to.
