    I had engaged this business to install a simple block wall around my garbage bins. On the initial walk through with the project manager, they told me they would use ***** River ***** and gave me a catalogue showing the product, (see Stone Block Catalogue). This catalogue shows only the rectangular block pictured. That being the case, my expectation is that would be the product used for my job. To reinforce this, I was presented with the attached price quote, (see Price Quote). This states Retaining Wall BLOCK and BLOCK caps, again this reinforced my expectation that the material would be rectangular.After the job was completed and I came home to see the wall I was surprised to find that rather than using rectangular block the actual shape was trapezoidal. This shape was clearly meant to be used for a circular retaining wall. There are three issues with this: the back side of the blocks being visible as you come up the driveway are unfinished, there are ugly gaps between the stones, the cap stone not being rectangular is also unattractive as it is not typical for what you would expect in a rectangular wall, (see Wall Image).When the project manager came to collect payment, I expressed my concern for the stone. He tried to explain the gaps as weep holes which is nonsensical. To resolve the issue, he told me he would return with a crew to address the issue. He never returned.***** later the company owner emailed me to sell me on leaf removal services and inquired on how I like the wall. I informed him of my unhappiness of the work (see Email). To date I have received no further communication from him of the project manager to resolve the situation.

    The customer attached picture in the catalog is a block we do not sell or install as its not one of our options but is in the catalog. 
    We installed ***** River in Highland wall as a retaining wall as his install requires retaining wall block. The backside of this wall that customer attached is to allow water flow and not provide hydrostatic pressure and fail the wall. We have a wall that we can install in freestanding that wouldnt have the holes in the back but would not be an appropriate install for this situation and could fail overtime. 
    With this, we can install freestanding wall as long as the customer will sign a waiver to understand this isnt the proper block to install with.
