on 11/24/2023 I puchased a motor cycle from these people and for the last 6 months have not received a tag (other than 4 30 day tags as they kept expiring before I could get a permanent tag. And so for 6 months it has been a back and forth of when they will get me a permanent tag always blaming the people they use for an out of state deal to get it done. So now I have had the bike sitting here not being able to ride and it is Bike Week (now coming to a close) while I have out of state company wanting to ride around during bike week which they can but I cannot. The general manager is ********************* who has been no better than the no help I got from sales manager ******. I even offered to trailer the bike back up to them if they will not come and get it to just axe the deal but have never heard a word back, worst customer support and contact I have ever encountered. Would rather they take motorcycle back even if it means I will have to rent a trailer to take it back to them if they won't come and get it9which I have already verbally offered General manager without a reply yet

************** lives out of state in ***************  This entire issue is with the *** and Tag and Title which the dealership has no control over.  In order to process his tag and title work the *** had requested proof of payment on his personal property taxes.  ************** did provide that to us but his receipt was past the 60 days proof of payment window that the *** allowed.  He was asked to provide a newer receipt which he never did.  I was hired May 1st here and took over the conversations with ************** at that point.  We had issued him the two temporary tags that we are allowed to issue and both of those had since expired.  We opened a case with the *** to get them to issue a 3rd Temp tag which they did and ************** is now in possession of.  At that point we also contacted the county in which he lives in to see about getting a more current receipt which they could not supply us.  So at that point we repaid ************** personal property taxes to get a current receipt and his prior payment will be refunded to him.  With that current receipt we were able to fulfill the *** requirements to process the title application and get a regular plate.  That was done on May 24th and it is generally about a two week window til the customer will receive those plates.  The title is supplied then to the lienholder so they can be listed as the lienholder and at that point perfect the lean.  Again, as was explained to **************, this all is out of the dealership's control.  We have nothing to do with the *** and their requirements.  Thank you.  *********************.  Sales Manager Old Dominion Harley Davidson.
