    Superior Propane has us on auto fill up and let us run out of propane on Sat. Feb ******. They told us we were on the delivery schedule for Monday. But they did not come and after repeated calls said we had to be rescheduled. Due to waiting for a part for our heatpump the only heat we have is propane. We also have no hot water to bathe, wash clothes,etc. They simply tell us "they will do the best they can" and then do nothing. They tell us they don't know why we were taken off the schedule for Monday. We just can't get anywhere with them.

    In reference to the above complaint, Superior Propane has now delivered propane to our residence so this issue is resolved.

    I contacted Superior Plus back on Janury 8th and requested a delivery for propane fuel since it was a bad winter and that my tank was down to 200 gallons. They promised delivery within week or ten days, however no one showed. Called January 23rd and again was told yuor deliery is in route. Nothing! Now, I am down to 50 gallons of fuel whch will last less than one week's fuel. Without fuel we cannot live in our home, this is wrong on all levels. This is a crictical service and we are being ignored and we cannot just order new service; that would take a month with permits, etc. This complaint needs to be **** by the CEO of Superior Plus! This is not a joke when you are playing with peoples lives. I expect an immediate response. In addition, I will contact Spostylvania County and let them know of the risks that Superior Pluis puting their customers in.
