    I had a flat tire on my Mecedes GLC300 so I called ************ at ***** AM( call was directed to ************) on December 17, 2024 with understanding that they were Mecedes Benz appointed towing company.They send the truck from Quick Click Towing ************ (Dirver Name ****** **** Phone ************ ) and he came to my pace at *****. I asked him to take my car to ********* VA, dealership or ******* corenr dealership. I even asked him to replace my flat tire with Donut but he refused !He took my car and ( I assume he was taking to dearship I told him) but after he left Tow Kingz person sent me quote (at ***** PM )of $ 885 to pay in cash only. Till this time there was no price quoted. He informed that Mercedes Road side assistance will re-imberse me !! Further the tow truck driver took my car to ********* VA delarship and asked me to pay cash otherwise he will take my car to their yard at King ****** ***** I have to take cash and pay him and he promised me to take my car to ******* corner delarship. After I paid him the driver told me to pull out and he will follow me !! To my surprise and shock he unhook my car and ran away leaving my car at ******** Dealership.I talked to service people at ********* dealership and upon their advise I arrange Mercedes Roadsize assistance to take my car to ******* corner delarship and they did. I spend whole day at Arlington ************* the problem is first I was wrong to assume that they were ******** authorized towing company and will take payment from ******** and not me !They never quoted me the towing charges while at my home and quoted me only after they took my car to wrong dealership.Cheated me and ran away after taking cash from me ! I demand full refund and compensation for the harrasement.

    It is a *****************. I got them from ****** website & asked them to tow my car 7 miles to the ********* I was told on the phone it out me $10.00 per mile, which is going to be $70.00. At the destination they changed me $825.00. I called a police, the police came & suggestedme to pay him & to take the tow company to the court. The toe company doesn't reside on the address they provided on the receipt & couldn't reach the toe company to sue them. Even after I paid to release my car The driver forced me to sign on the receipt, to pretend as if I was agreed from the beginning the money I paid. Date happend: September 23/2024.

    This company towed my vehicle without authorization from ******** to ********. They demanded $1000 payment to return my vehicle. Upon speaking with the VA state police, I was informed this was tantamount to grand larceny. This company has made it very difficult to get to work without any authorization from me for towing the vehicle, which was not parked on private property and which had already been arranged for a tow to a local shop. When I attempted to address the issue with the owner, he cursed at me, called me foul names, and refused to listen to what I had to say. This company should not be allowed to operate in the state of ********.

    I called triple A in need of a Tow and after some time ********* VA showed up. Considering that we went through triple A we thought the tow was already covered. After arriving at the dealership, I was informed that I needed to pay $665. I was confused and asked my mother if this was triple A, after my mother talked to their HR department. We was informed that if we didnt pay our car would be taken to the impound lot. We paid as it seemed we had no choice but to pay that outrageous price. Triple A told us to request a refund from them but upon doing so we was cursed out and called all forms of derogatory names and was told we wasnt getting s*** back. We would just like a refund from the company, especially after being cursed out and spoken crazy to.

    On August 8, 2023, I hired this *********************** company to pick up my disabled car from a gas station at ***************************************************************************. ************* I was put in contact with *********************. My son and I waited for his arrival. He said the only form of payment acceptable was a cash app or cash because his company did not have a credit card machine. We watched him load the car on the tow bed. I initiated the cash app payment of $150 after confirming with him that I had his correct information ($DieselBoi07). He said we did not have to follow to the intended destination, Mr. ***** ********************************************************************************. At 7:46 pm, I received a text that he dropped the car at the same place (***************************************************************) because he had an emergency call and that his boss was sending another tow truck. He wrote to call dispatch for further answers. I called the tow dispatch who said he would call me back. Since I didn't get a call back at 8:59 pm. I sent ********************* another text to ask what time someone would be coming and he needed to call dispatch because I wasn't able to speak to anyone. Afterwards, my calls to dispatch and ***** went to voicemail. ********************* blocked me from cash app and stopped taking calls or texts. I drove to the ************** location in an effort to talk face to face with the owner. A nearby store owner verified that he lived around the corner from the neighborhood store. She gave me his business card. When I explained he was not taking my calls, she dialed him and let him know I was at her store trying to reach him. She allowed me to talk to him on her phone. The owner of the company denied he has a white tow truck although the *** name appears on the tow truck and their website. Fearful of approaching his house myself, I called the local sheriff office. A Virginia deputy sheriff verified that the owner operates out of the house. This company took my money and failed to provide the service I paid for

    Date of transaction: 9/21/23 Company: TKVA ******** ******************************************************************************* Problem: Fraudulent Charge Charge listed on invoice as "other"was not quoted during scheduling tow service. There were no extra services rendered for that amount.Amount of over charge: $285 Amount of actual service provided:Labor charge: $150.00 Mileage charges: $35.00 Was informed by a very polite tow tech *****, that dispatch added that charge and my vehicle couldn't be let down until I paid $470 in full with out explanation of why the $285 was added. When I attempted to call dispatch they answered, hung up and blocked my number.When I texted the courteous tow tech ***** about wrong details of "damage to front of vehicle " being on my receipt he said it was not about my vehicle but an indentation from another work order. ***** texted that there was no damage upon pick up and text a picture back of white copy of invoice.The charges of $285 added by dispatch/management was out of *****'s control.I had *****'s personal cell number to tip him because in spite of the fraudulent, illegal and predatory unjustified charges by dispatch/management, ***** was very mellow, patient and respectful. The illegal actions and fraudulent predatory behavior of the company:TKVA (******** ** )****************************************************************************** Needs to be investigated and submitting to the Attorney General's Office's.I am demanding a refund in the amount of $285 for illegal charges for services not rendered nor explained.

    This m*********** Towing the company I contacted him over online and when I asked him to send a towing car to Towing my truck I never mention or he never mentioned this m*********** how much it cost me so at 46 mile he charge me $755 so this is the f****** door and the company all over **, ******** and ******** never recommended never recommend it, never recommend it, hes ugly and rude and m***********

    This event took place today in **************. My car broke down and I called this towing company. before the driver arrived, the supervisor told me that they charge about $6 a mile. I was broken down about 5-6 miles from my home. The driver towed my car and once he took it to my home, he charged me $405, even though he did not tell me this before. he threaten to take my car to his parking lot and charge me $50 each day plus the exorbitant price he has just added to this. Let me just reiterate. This is a 5-7 mile radius from my home. no traffic. I was forced to give him my credit card and once they put the charge through, i found out later that they charged me $650 - without my authorization. this charge automatically put my credit card beyond its limit. I did not authorize this charge. The company has refused to give me a receipt despite repeated calls and request. This is theft. I did not authorize this and I was never told this amount will be taken form my card. The owner has blocked my number. This report is the beginning of several actions that I intend to take. First, with my credit card company. Second, filing an official theft complaint. I will do everything to ensure that this is resolved in my favor. This is not a threat. this is illegal and until someone takes some time dedicates resources, these guys will continue stealing money from people's credit card.
