    Date of down payment and purchase March 18th 2023. At the point of purchase we paid for tags and title. We were told that we would receive the tags within two weeks and we did not. We had to contact him and drive two hours to pick up the tags because he let the temporary tags expire and just never mailed us the tags. We were told we would receive the title in the mail with in 30 days from the **** We still have not received the title. We reached out to him requesting the title on multiple occasions but he still has not delivered it. In one correspondence he told me to go to the *** and give them the *** number and the clerk said the car is not even registered in the state of ********. Right after we bought it the air conditioner broke. That cost $593 to repair. At the time of purchase we were given an envelope with what we thought was our copies of the bill of sale, tags, title and other purchase documents. We placed the bank check stub in the envelope without double checking to see what was inside. It was not until we went to the *** did we realize that our copy of the purchase documents were not in the envelope. All he placed in there was the *** FAX. We have been ripped off by this business and are seeking resolution as soon as possible. We have reached out to the owner again but have not received any responses from them. We have also filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General requesting refund if a title is not received withing 10 days, June 24th 2023. I've included a copy of my bank statement with the down payment of $2,500 is listed, the bank check stub to pay for the remaining amount due, text correspondences, and air conditioner bill.
