Chris gave me a great price on a 2007 Jeep Liberty. The vehicle engine light came on after 72 hours. Now it's scheduled for the shop to find out why. I know they don't offer any type of warranty, and that's fair I guess. The list of issues with the engine light is long. About $4000.00 in repairs to make the vehicle safe to drive. It's weird how everything was good during the test drive. I want to mention one more issue, no one signed the inspection sticker and no other paperwork provided to prove a legal inspection was done. I should have noticed this but not until after the fact. So with closing I would be very careful buying vehicles from them when they don't get any warranty.

I know they didn't offer any type of warranty, and that's fair I guess. Buy as is the law they say. The list of issues with the engine light is long. About $4k in repairs to make the vehicle safe to drive. It's weird how everything was good during the test drive. I want to mention one more issue, no one signed the inspection sticker and no other paperwork provided to prove a legal inspection was done. I should have noticed this but not until after the fact. So with closing I will not purchase another vehicle from this place.

I visited the dealership on Saturday and received excellent service from Chris. However, I want to highlight some concerning business practices. The Service ESC and Service Transaction lights were on, and one tire was low on air. Chris added air and suggested a return if needed. After a short period, the lights reappeared. Tire pressures varied significantly despite a maximum of 30 psi indicated. On Sunday, I spoke to Rami, who was unhelpful, suggesting I use the warranty. Chris advised revisiting. On Monday, the "mechanic" fixed the brake switch, but doubts remained. Lights returned the next day. Chris's supervisor agreed to pay $100, with a catch. I pay upfront for the $100 and an undisclosed diagnostics fee. Reimbursement promised. I bought the car Saturday, now in repair at 47,000 miles. Dealer is an hour away, requiring another trip for reimbursement. This experience shows smaller dealerships might have questionable practices.
