    WILLIAM BROTHERS Corporation OF AMERICA Order #********** $135.19 total ordered on 1-1-23 A metal 30x36 surface mounted access Door Access Doors & Panels - Made in USA - WB Doors I never received my Order and every Time I call it goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full. They mention an email on their voicemail to fast for me to understand it. I feel completely Scanned and Now I want a Refund ASAP Please help me

    Hello

    We have done an investigation into this claim and do not agree with the said response.

    This order was received on 1/16 and on 1/18 we reached out stating the item was running a 3-4 week lead time, which does not include weekend. It is also important to note takes about 1-2 business days for us to reach out to customers if there is a delay with the order.

    The email we had on file didnt work (see attached screenshots), and we also received no phone calls based on the information in our call logs.

    We ended up shipping out the item on 2/28, and it was out for delivery on 3/2. There is a note with *** that the receiver determined this package was late and refused the delivery, but they did not call during regular business hours or email us. (see attached tracking information) In regards to the complaint about the voicemail, the email is repeated twice, and two different emails are given in order to contact us with issues. Both emails again were repeated twice. 

    We advertise our normal business hours on ******* and this customer did not reach out to us during that time frame.

    In regards to the credit, the item was returned back to us on 3/7, paperwork was also given to us on 3/7, and the credit was issued on 3/8, less freight and restocking fee as we had no information on this order so we defaulted to our normal return standards. Refund was processed in the amount of 92.89 on 3/8 against the card used at time pf purchase, which we dont have access to the card just the transaction ID. (Please see attached paperwork)

    After receiving the BBB complaint on 4/20, the owner ***** Williams reached out to the consumer directly and ironically received a voicemail. As of right now we have not heard back from the consumer in regards to this complaint.
