    Good morning this is *************************, and I recently called in to dispute a charge from my account in the amount $153.82 on Jun e 30, 2022. I placed an order with the company ATSP Graphics for the purchase of 1,000 business cards for my new company. I spoke with the CEO of the company Bobby P***** in May of 2022 in regard to possibly purchasing merchandise for my company. After about three, three-hour conversations with Mr. P***** for about a week, I informed him that once I spoke with my significant other about doing business, I will reach out to him purchase. I reached out to Mr. P***** June 22, 2022, to inform him that I was ready to move forward. I did not hear from him for a week, once I spoke with him, he said he would be sending me a invoice in the total amount of $153.82. After a week went by with not receiving an email with the invoice, I attempted to contact Mr. P***** and received no text or message responses, nor any phone calls were picked up or returned from voicemails. Finally got in contact and was told that the invoice was sent but will send again, that’s when on June 30, 2022, I finally received the invoice, and it was paid that day. After sending the completed invoice back to Mr. P***** I asked for a way to track my shipment as well as a ETA of the merchandise I purchased. After a week of not receiving any information or getting any responses to text messages, Facebook messages or phone calls/voicemails, I called again a week later. I finally got in touch with Mr. P*****, and I was told I sent the tracking information, that I did not receive at all. After a couple more days I reached out to ask for the tracking information and did not receive a response. Finally, I got in contact with Mr. P*****, and he picked up the phone and stated, “I am on the phone with my power company, and I will call you back” and then hung up the phone.
