    On May 11, 2023, I signed a contract and paid full amount upfront for installation of solar panels. Was told that they would take care of all the permits and obtaining approval from my HOA. On August 9, 2023, I received an email asking for an update on my HOA application, I informed them that I was under the impression that they were taking care of it. I looked online and last night October 18, 2023, and found out the company has gone out of business. I contacted the sales reprehensive ***********************, and he confirmed that the company dissolved due to controversy with the members of ownership. I called Prince William County to see if any permits were files, and none were. I reached out to my HOA, and Skyline Solar did submit my application, it was approved on October 5, 2023. I want to get my money back.

    Skyline Solar Installed an 11.78 kw DC system on the week of 10/04/2021. I paid Skyline Solar a total of $65,615.00 for the system Overview of System Purchase: 1. 31 ****** * Cell Panels 380 Watts each. 2. 1 ******* Inverted (Original Proposal was ****** Q Cells -Q home) 3. 1 ******* Battery system (original proposal was ****** *-Home Battery System 18.9 kwh) Note: I agree before installation to go with ******* ****** instead, was told that it had the exact same specifications Since this system has been installed last October, it has not produced what I paid for. At best I was able to produce last April/May was 8 kw. I noticed that one PV link had an error. Skyline solar came to replace that link and now my system is down to producing 4 to 5 kw on a bright sunny clear day. I was explained what the issue for the solar production lost and this is because of some faulty connectors from *******. I was told that as soon as they received the replacements from *******, they will Schedule time to come and replace the connectors. On June 24th Skyline received the connectors. I reached out to them June 30 for an update and no answer. I reached out again July 11th and was told that they will review the Schedule, didn't hear anything back. Reached out July 15th- No answer Reached out July 18th- was told that they were trying to change things for the next day. Reached out July 19th- was told that they started on a Job late, and they didn't have a time for me. At this point I told them that if they were going to be working late in the evening and in a hurry, just not to come. My electric bill for June was $85 and on top of that I paid my solar loan $235. I have been extra patient with Skyline Solar on getting this resolved but I keep getting the round around. I want Skyline Solar to commit on giving me a working system and to refund for any production lost as they promised. If I can't get a resolution from Skyline solar, I will be seeking legal advice, Thank You.
