    Ron’s Used Tires Review When I tell you this has been the most ridiculous place I've ever used and would not recommend to anyone. When trying to save money and make a good financial choice, they to only messed up but they also would not pay for the total cost of what was messed up. They put on tires that were TWO SIZES TO SMALL then tried to ghost and get nasty with me. I ended up losing a day's work due to this flagrant mishaps and also had to incur rental car costs-of which they would not pay. They paid a bit but could certainly have done more. They used the review of "ware and tare prior to them putting INCORRECT tires on". If you're trying to save money, go elsewhere. Anywhere else. They're rude, they try to get out of things and the turn around for how long this took (which is why the rental was necessary) was less than expeditious. Find someone you trust. **** is NOT that person. I do have pictures and a bill to prove their error. This whole ordeal has cost me- $5568.63. That’s prior to the deduction of what they said they’ll reimburse which should be more than they’re giving. 1085.47 is the cost I'd like to have reimbursed to me. For the 4 tires and the rental vehicle.

    When we received the call on our customer service line we immediately started researching the incident.  The first thing we always request is the receipt so that we are able to locate the date and time of service and review our cameras.  In this case, the customer, *******************, did not have his receipt to provide.  This incident was said to take place on June 8, 2023 and the charge was $129.66.  Normally, we would not cover an incident without this.  ******************** father, *************************, then called us, as it was him that paid for the repair services. We decided to try and locate the receipt in our paperwork.  We were unable to locate it so we allowed him to provide a copy of the charge from Ron's Used Tires on his bank statement for that day as "proof of purchase".  This research was not even requested until around July 15th and ****************** and our shop came to an agreement on July 20th.  We reimbursed ****************** in the amount of $3,000 toward the repairs and refunded **************** the tires upon returning them for the full 129.66.  We were under the belief that we made our wrong right and corrected this incident.  To add to this, only two tires were purchased, not four.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Well, I hear and understand what the response from Ron’s used tires wise, they are painting themselves out to be more accommodating than they actually were. They are correct in saying that we did not purchase four tires from them, however, due to the magnitude of the damage that was done, it would have to be all four tires that were replaced on the car. So while I believe they are in charge and responsible for the full amount, including rental fees, and other costs incurred from the dealership that fixed the car. They are going to paint it out as they are not responsible and did everything that they possibly could to make this right which, they did not.  They are very generous in their response. However, their response is very tip towards making them look good which, is not the case. However, I did enter the store, and do you have proof of that a week prior to that to no avail, and nobody wanted to answer my questions but somehow I actually knew exactly why I was there as I was walking out.  Again, like I said They make it seem like they bent over backwards, and that is not the case. We also had to do our due diligence and seeking out communication from them as they were not very communicative. In fact, they were days where they chose not to answer or respond to any of our phone calls. They are generosity in this answer was very kind, but certainly not the most accurate representation of their actions..
