    We purchased a **** ****** from Culligan of Virginia back on July 19, 2021. Since that time we have had nothing but problems with the ****** and have to beg Culligan to come out to fix the ****** they sold and installed. Each time the fix does not work and we go lengthy periods without hearing a response from them.Our latest issue was reported back in June 2023 and has yet to be resolved. We went 3 months without any response from them. Finally, they sent *** out on 12/27/23; however, he did not come equipped to service the machine and rather stood in our front entrance and argued with my husband about the ******. Back in June, *** was out and checked our water pressure to see if that was the problem. He set our water pressure very low (45psi?) to try to stop leaks in the **** ********* though the **** is supposed to be rated to 60psi. This had the side effect of being such a low pressure that the water supply couldn't keep up with filling the surge tank when ***** tried to bring it back online in September when filter four then leaked. The other side effect of this change to our water pressure is that with the unit in bypass (which it has been for >6 months now!!!) we have very low water pressure on our upper floor.Ever since it has been installed, it has had problems, with the first leak occurring less than six months after installation. Ever since that, it has been leaking every few months. As of today, it has been installed just under 2.5 years, it has been offline for 265 days, or about 8.5 months of that time (almost 30% of the time it's been installed).We are asking that they either remove the **** ****** and issue us a refund or replace it with a newer ****** which does not leak.
