    They refuse to do anymore work I confess that I did not bother with the techs work I called them asking for electric work and they refuse to red flag me when they know that I did not do anything to the techs work I asked for outlet repair and they refuse I begged them they still refuse and giving me a reason why they refuse to they know that I didn't do anything to the techs work when I know nothing about plumbing or electrical and my house burned down because they refused to help me

    In response to the matter regarding ***** *******. We did
    have a hard time collecting money from Mr. ******* in 2019. The account was
    eventually brought up to date in 2022. He called us in Dec. 2022, when he was
    having issues with his water. His switch would not stay on, the water was
    gurgling and he had no water. We agreed to send a plumber to check and
    troubleshoot the issue. Our plumber replaced the pressure switch, check valve
    and heat tape. The water was frozen solid and needed to thaw on its own in
    order for no further damage to be done. Mr. ******* was informed to leave the
    area as it was when the plumber completed his work for thawing to take place.
    Later in the day, the customer called back stating that his uncle had gone
    under his home and “messed up” what our plumber had done and requested we
    return. We felt this would be more of a liability than we needed so we informed
    customer that we would not return due to the fact there was nothing more we could
    do because the water was so frozen. The customer’s mother and father each
    called our office and was rude and their vocabulary was very vulgar and
    uncalled for. Mr. ******* then called our office back and stated that he had
    lied, no one had altered our repairs and he was just trying to get us back out
    there. We understand that *** ******* *** ****** ****** but we feel that we do
    not need this kind of liability. If we make repairs and those repairs are
    altered by Mr. ******* or someone else, we do not want to feel we would be
    liable for anything that may happen as a result.

    Complaint id ************* I do not accept the response from el diamond they are lying they was paid and they claim they were not my parents are the payee of my SSI check so if they didn't get paid it's not my fault and el diamond are plumbers the could have unfrozen the water if they wanted to they do it all the time in the winter they just don't want to drive the distance
