    My son birthday was today ******, I spent 90 dollars on him and my niece for a pass. We were there less than an hour when we were supposed to be there til closing which was 8pm we arrived a little before 4pm.. The staff were very rude to my ************** My son is 9 and niece is 7. The place is unorganized, micromanaged, staff is disrespectful. Children cant play like they supposed to.. I asked for a half refund, the owner got really rude his attitude was nasty and said he did not care and he wasnt issuing a refund.. my children was crying because they couldnt play, and staff was talking to them inappropriately, the game machines was down. Workers arent properly trained. Ive tried to talked to supervisors plenty of times but no one cared.
