On June 12,2024 I went to my husband grave he only been there a year I notice peeling on the grave stone so I contact the office they said they would go look. A also sent him pictures of the grave. He contacted me today and claimed he didnt see anything. He also said he didnt go to the grave. He started yelling at me cause I want him to go to the grave. He told me he was the owner. Then hang the phone up on me. I said the grave stone was too new to be like this. He said there is a warranty and our earlier conversation so after he hang up on me, I text him. I have never been so disrespected and all my life I want an apology.

Im in the process of purchasing a memorial for a loved one. As I looked over my paperwork because *********************** gave me 60 days to come up with over $3,400+ for a individual memorial. I have already paid $1,700+ but I was looking at the general price list and noticed a individual memorial starts at $1,795.95. I called today to speak and meet with *********************** but he never gave an answer on why I was charged $2,795.95 for an individual memorial which is a up charge of $*****. He stated its for installation and taxes but those prices are separate from the $2,795.95 as I stated the total cost is $3,400+ He immediately got defensive and smart. Also stated I should have asked this before I signed the contract. I never had a general price list until after I signed because its states on the contract did you receive a general price list. He stated the $1,795.95 was a price for a veterans discount and that I must have not gotten a basic memorial. He then proceeded to say he would not argue with me. I not once argued with him I just wanted to know why was I charged an extra $*****. He then hung up in my face. The price list does not state nothing about a veterans price and I definitely got a basic memorial because its nothing special about it. The memorial has a birthday, death date, says In loving memory of sister, mother and grandmother. I have a dilemma because now I want the memorial and obviously cant dig up and move my love one. I initially went in and had someone to do the actual memorial and just needed installation but ***** convinced me I was getting a better deal and clearly that was a lie. My grandmother died in **** and I was 10 years old. Im now 34 and I dont want to be taken advantage of. His demeanor just has me thinking he changed an extra ***** and is pocketing the money. All he had to do was answer my question, what made the price jump from $1795.95 to $2,795.95?
