    I am filing a complaint against Taradel for failing to deliver of more than ****** postcard marketing campaign involving ******+ postcards mailed 2-3 weeks ago, with no results or proof of mailing. I am also disappointed that Taradel was recommended by the *****************************, which has not helped resolve this issue despite being copied on communications. Taradel, through Ms. ******** ******* and Ms. ***** ********* (Director of customer retention and growth), promised postal confirmation after May 20, 2025, but they haven't provided any proof of postal payment neither a formal response on these issues, which include: No website traffic to the company web site listed on the postcard No even one client calls despite contact info on postcards. No postcards received by contacts in the target area, including several friends and clients living on the area ****** even one returned postcard to our address, listed as return address on the ************ postal confirmation or proof of payment provided.I contacted Taradel, requesting proof of mailing, payment, and an explanation, but received no response neither proof of mailing and/or payment. The *****************************, copied via ********************** and ******************* has not assisted neither make one comment so far, even do we use this company because is the one been recommended by our local association of realtors. This has caused financial loss. I request the BBB investigate Taradel and please secure: Proof of mailing and payment. Explanation for no results. Resolution, such as a refund.Please find attached correspondence with Taradel and the *****************************, plus payment proof

    This company lied. I spent ******* dollars for 4891 mailers, 11k digital emails, and 50k ****** advertising. Not one single phone call. I called the company back and a *******, told me to look at my dash board. and proceeded to tell me 20k impressions we on ****** already, 1600 people clicked the ** code from the digital advertisement, and several mailers went out. Then the dashboard said 400 minutes of conversation from the callers. ALL WAS A LIE! Number 1,Director of marketing called me after I complained and wanted receipts from the post office that they were made and mailed, proof from ****** that the ad was posted. Hold time her A$$ was lying too. She proceeded to send me a crop ledger they created saying that was a receipt from post office. *********** said they had no said ad for my company or from them. secondly ****** said the same thing. When I asked for ****** ad receipt she retracted their claim of having 20k ****** impressions saying that ****** rejected the ad. Now, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see "They couldn't falsify a ****** receipt therefore her excuse was it never ran, I checked with ****** and that as well was a lie. Then I ask her to explain the false dashboard numbers. she said " that was a totally for all and that ******* **** **** and the 400 minutes of calls was when she called me from the ** code". I was like YOU STILL LYING!. Number 2. the minutes was there on the dashboard prior to me talking to her, and that was another lie, the ****** clearly was on the line. therefore they are misleading people with fake reviews after time some one like me expose them. If you look pass all the fake 5 star reviews you would see several people experienced the same thing I did. THIS IS A SCAM, NOTHING WILL BE PRINTED, MAILED OUT OR DIGITALLY DONE. Not one proof it was printed they never mailed me nothing. CHARGE BACK IN FULL EFFECT! they only refunded ****** I want all of it back Period!

    Taradel issued a refund for a suspended ****** Display ad campaign (her ****** Display ads were suspended due to restricted content -- mention of *****) and clarified that the reported metrics reflected impressions not clicks. It is notable that we refunded her ****** campaign, despite the campaign generating approximately ***** impressions before it was suspended. Taradel provided both the postage statement and PMOD tracking, which confirmed that the direct mail was received and scanned at the **** Destination Delivery Unit (DDU) within her estimated delivery window.

    I paid Taradel which is a company for direct mailing and marketing for my business. Everytime I call them, they tell me the flyers were sent out. I order over ***** flyers to be sent out to a specific zip code. I have not received one phone call regarding the flyers. I then reached out to the Company for tracking numbers. They provided me with two different tracking numbers. I then check the tracking update, one shows delivered to distribution post office and the other tracking shows not being delivered. I then contacted the **** toll free number. The Agent I spoke with told me the exact same thing the tracking shows online.; so I asked her for the address of where package were shipped and the phone number to that **** location. Since it was a Saturday, I waited for the following business day to contact the location because I tried but did not get an answer. When I called that location, I provided the woman who answered the phone with both tracking numbers and she told me both tracking number I provided does not show it was scanned into that location. Now I do not know what to do. I cannot put a claim in with the **** because the company did not purchase the insurance and the Company state they are not liable if **** did not properly handle the delivery. At this time, I cannot file a claim with **** and Taradel has denied my refund of $1,691.50. I did try to submit a claim on one of the packages but did not hear anything back. But when I tried to do it again, the system state the Shipper did not purchase insurance. So maybe that claim I tried submitting before did not go through. I need to know what to do. This is a lot of money spent. When I tried contacting the *********** today, a woman by the name of ********* was confuse when she tried pulling up the tracking number. She state something same weird with the first tracking number I provided and I was upset. Then she said well I cannot help you so call the toll free number for help and she hung up the phone.

    Taradel understands the customer's disappointment regarding the delivery status of her order and would like to provide a comprehensive overview of the situation. The customer submitted an order for direct mail services on September 8, 2023, requesting estimated delivery dates of September 25-30. Taradel processed the order in accordance with the specifications, and it was presented to and accepted by the ************* ************** ****** on September 22, 2023, as evidenced by the attached postage statement. 

    It is important to note that Taradel's role as a mailing service provider is defined by specific terms and responsibilities, as outlined in our Terms of Use. Our responsibility is limited to preparing the mail pieces and ensuring their delivery to the ***** The postage statement the customer received serves as confirmation that our part of the service was successfully completed, and the **** had received all ***** pieces of the mail.

    We take customer awareness of our Terms of Use very seriously. To ensure this, our website enforces a mandatory acknowledgement of these terms before customers can proceed with placing an order. Additionally, the Terms of Use are an integral part of our design approval process, requiring every customer to, again, confirm their agreement to these terms.

    The customer reached out to us to request tracking information for the order on October 3, 2023. At that time, we promptly provided the postage statement and the tracking data that shows the movement of the ***** pieces via priority mail from the Bulk Mail Entry Unit in **********, **, to the local post office responsible for delivery to mailboxes in **************, *******.

    On October 10, 2023, the customer informed us that she had spoken with someone at the **** who stated that one of the boxes associated with the order had not been received at their location. In response to her concerns, Taradel contacted the ************** post office for further information. Unfortunately, due to the lack of tracking at the household level for Every Door Direct Mail, the post office was unable to provide any additional details beyond the tracking information we had already shared with the customer.

    While we understand the customer's request for a refund, we must reiterate that our service commitments are in accordance with our Terms of Use. These terms explicitly define the scope of our responsibilities as a mailing service provider, and our commitment lies in ensuring that the mail is properly prepared and delivered to the ***** They also state that direct mail comes with risk and that Taradel does not guarantee results from a direct mail campaign. 

    Based on the information provided and the terms under which our services are offered, we are unable to issue a refund in this case. However, we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience the customer has experienced and remain committed to addressing any further concerns or questions.
