      Facility lacks in cleanliness and has dated equipment. You are better served joining the ****************. Visited once, expressed my concerns and cancelled. BEWARE: because I canceled past the 3 day window I was left having to pay 3 months and a facility fee per their terms and conditions. (As others have indicated, they intentionally make it difficult to cancel to increase the likelihood you fall outside of the window). When I expressed dissatisfaction the response was making sure they could collect every ***** contractually obligated. Which is fine, I was seeking quality and not the cheapest option... but beware of the predatory nature of this company when you have an issue to address.

      I came in 10 days before Christmas and signed up for a gift membership for my wife, and was told that, since it was a gift, if she didnt want it, we would not be charged. My wife decided she that, indeed, she did not want to be a member, but when I contacted American Family Fitness repeatedly via email and phone they ignored me. When I complained to the manager, the salesperson lied and said 1. She had returned my calls (she did not) and 2. She never told me what she absolutely told me. It was the most dishonest experience I have ever had with a business, and I would never patronize this center.

      The staff does not care to follow through with anything said on the phone or in person. The 30 day notice to cancel is absurd and you will always be overcharged. I do not recommend joining this club.

      This gym breaches the Civil Rights Act.SEC. 201. (a) All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, and privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin.Please *** this organization. Help any woke upper management understand good decade-future policies. Discrimination comes in many forms. All policies and actions that endorse discrimination must be cancelled from American businesses.
