      ****** was very informative and understood my questions. She suggested several alternatives for hearing aid devices. Im glad that I used them for my hearing needs.

      I have worn hearing aids for 40 years, lived in 6 different states and have seen numerous audiologist. I went to a hearing aid center in ******** for new aides after relocating here. I went back twice to say that they were not programmed correctly and neither time was I happy with the adjustment or the service. I then turned to Hearing Concepts and ****** spent an hour with me retesting and programming my aides to the point that I have not heard this well in years. She is the only person who included a bone conduction test along with routine testing. I highly recommend her. She is professional. knowledgeable, and committed to her clients needs,

      After a long hospitalization, I found that one of my hearingaids was not working. ****** has gone above and beyond to assist me in filing a warranty claim. She has always been so helpful!
